Service Description

During the first 10 weeks of Run Club the focus will be 'Form First'. Learning how to run and applying this over 30mins of running is the goal. The cost of the course is £90. £20 non-refundable deposit and £70 payment on week 1. Course consists of 10 Sessions Complete homework plan Finishers Reward Sessions will be Monday nights 6pm-7pm Starting 16th October 2023
