jUNIOR SErvices FROM THE KENT RUNNING COACH

Our aim is to have FUN because for kids, it has to be FUN. 

 

Not all children develop at the same pace and not all children enjoy physical activity, so first and foremost is enjoyment. We've found that if the children enjoy the sessions, they engage well, they learn and they achieve their goals, however big or small they may be.  

 

Our services are inclusive for all children.  We cater for the very sporty ones to those who are not confident with physical activity as well as those participating in multi-directional sports such as football, rugby, netball and so on.. 

Biomechanical Analysis for Juniors

Biomechanical Analysis

A 45 minute session to assess a

child's overall movement and 

co-ordination.

 

This is used to set a benchmark and to identify where key improvements can be made. The session will help parents understand how we can help improve their child’s movement and understand their starting point.

 

Suitable for kids with co-ordination issues, balance issues and an aversion to physical activity and sport.

Junior Running Program

A programme to improve your childs running and movement technique. 

 

The first session is a biomechanical analysis.  Through this we will identify any inefficiences and imbalances that could be preventing your child from moving and running better and faster.  

 

The last 5 sessions are tailored coaching sessions teaching correct technique.

 

Each session is 60 mins in duration.

 

Programmes can be purchased in 6 and 12 week blocks

Junior Movement Program

Our Junior movement programme combines balance training, walking and movement development using the unique Dynamic Movement Skills (DMS) training system developed by Mike Antoniades, founder of The Running and Movement School London. 

This programme is suitable for kids with co-ordination issues, balance issues and an aversion to physical activity and sport.

Each session is 60 mins in duration.

 

Programmes can be purchased in 6 session blocks
