BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS

Our Biomechanical Analysis and Functional Movement Analysis allows us to identify any weaknesses, incorrect running and movement patterns and muscular imbalances that may be slowing you down or be the cause of repetitive niggles and injuries.

 

During the session you will be provided with advice on how to improve and correct any issues identified and a recommendation for how many visits and how frequently we think you need to come to achieve the results you are aiming for and then you can decide whether to book one of our coaching packages.

Adult Biomechanical Analysis

During this 60 minute session we will review your functional movement and video your run technique.  This will allow us to identify any weaknesses, incorrect run patterns and imbalances that may be slowing you down or be the cause of repetitive niggles and injuries.

 

At the end we will provide you with advice on how to improve and correct any issues identified.

Junior Run Analysis

A 45 minute session to assess a

child's overall movement and 

co-ordination.

 

This is used to set a benchmark and to identify where key improvements can be made. The session will help parents understand how we can help improve their child’s movement and understand their starting point.

 

Suitable for kids with co-ordination issues, balance issues and an aversion to physical activity and sport.
