A 45 minute session involving a functional movement analysis to identify incorrect movement patterns and imbalances and a dynamic movement skills analysis to assess balance and co-ordination. This is the perfect start point for those wishing to get moving.
Walking for Fitness Programme
This package comprises 3 x 45 minute sessions. The first includes a video analysis of your walking technique and a movement analysis to identify incorrect movement patterns and imbalances and 2 follow up coaching sessions to improve your technique and get you enjoying walking for fitness. Homework will be given to help build fitness and correct any issues identified in the first session.
