Kids Academy

Our aim is to have FUN because for kids, it has to be FUN.  Not all children develop at the same pace and not all children enjoy physical activity, so first and foremost is enjoyment. We've found that if the children enjoy the sessions, they engage well, they learn and they achieve their goals, however big or small they may be.
Our kids academy is designed for children aged 6-14 and is inclusive for everyone - ranging from very sporty children to those who are not confident with physical activity. We also regularly work with children who have
co-ordination and balance problems.
Movement Analysis
During this 45 minute session we assess a child's overall movement and running ability. This is used to identify where key improvements can be made.
Movement Course
This course consists of 6 sessions. The first session is a movement analysis which allows us to assess the child's overall movement and co-ordination. The following 5 coaching sessions will be tailored to address the improvements identified in the movement analysis.  These sessions will combine balance training, walking and movement development using the unique Dynamic Movement Skills (DMS) training system developed by Mike Antoniades, founder of The Running and Movement School London.
Mini's Age 6-12 years - 6 x 45mins              £200
Juniors Age 13-16 years - 6 x 60mins         £240
Running Programme
A 6 session programme to improve your childs running and movement technique.  The first session will consists of a biomechanical and functional movement analysis.  Through this we will identify any inefficiences and imbalances that could be preventing your child from moving and running better and faster.  The last 5 sessions are tailored coaching sessions teaching correct technique.
Mini's Age 6-12 years - 6 x 45mins              £200
Juniors Age 13-16 years - 6 x 60mins         £240
